DoorDash - My red card was declined

I'm at a Starbucks in Culver City I went to place the order for the customer but upon paying for the order of my doordash red card was declined. I attempted a second time and it was declined again.
I contacted doordash but was not successful via phone call. I tried three times. Then I called the customer told her what was going on. She said she cancelled the order.
I want to be compensated for my time and inconvenience. Craig Thomas

I had the exact same problem here in Omaha, NE. This is the first time my card was declined out of 72 deliveries so far.
I could not chat with customer support during the delivery because it said "no one available...also a first.
I've not been contacted by anyone from door dash. I tried contacting door dash with no luck.
I had the same experience yesterday. I waited on hold 32 mins for customer service with no luck.
