Adjuster asked for money for gas I provided a photograph already and as of yet all I received was an email stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience I feel that it was not only a very scary situation but it was highly inappropriate and highly unprofessional I expected that this company would do a little bit more for a customer satisfaction situation such as provide a small credit or even a large one when someone is single and a female and living alone and the driver is instructed as you can see on my account to knock knock on the door but to leave it and leave a message after Delivery but the Dunkin doughnuts driver decides that he’s going to ask me for gas money and stays outside of my home for a good five minutes before finally leaving which again was not very respectable and was actually extremely scary. I tried speaking with a representative on the phone just now and he essentially end of the call and cut me off and also did nothing about the situation to rectify it
