I ordered lunch from a deli about 2 blocks away from my work. I cannot leave my work to go get lunch, so I ordered online, which directed me to Door Dash website.
It was an hour before the site showed the driver even went to pick up the sandwich. Then I get a text from the driver stating they were near a hotel (I don't work anywhere near a hotel) & marked my lunch as delivered. I called multiple times and texted with no response from the driver. I never did get my lunch!!
The deli confirmed that the driver did pick up my lunch. I had to re-order & re-pay for my lunch!! The nice deli delivered it to me in 10 minutes. I have tried to call your customer service # & get hung up on.
I never have been able to get hold of the driver & I want my money refunded. I WILL be filing a reversal request through my bank. This is the worst customer servi ce EVER!
I will never use your service again!
