I ordered from Denny’s this morning sometime before 11:30 am and was told by Denny’s that the food was collected by door dash but I never received it. It has now been half an hour since the estimated delivery time and since Denny’s advises me that the food was collected 5 minutes ago.

When I called door dash to find out what happened, the gentleman who answered said he cannot assist me because I don’t have an account with door dash and then he hung up on me. I paid a delivery fee, which from my understanding goes to your company.

I did not receive my delivery and nobody can tell me what happened to it. At this point, I would like a refund.

Same thing just happened to me on Saturday. Nobody will help me.

Same thing happened to us, dennys says they cant help because it was supposedly picked up and since its through a partnership i cant hold dinerdash responsible for if the driver decided to just eat my food 0/10 what a scam
