I ordered from Denny’s this morning sometime before 11:30 am and was told by Denny’s that the food was collected by door dash but I never received it. It has now been half an hour since the estimated delivery time and since Denny’s advises me that the food was collected 5 minutes ago.
When I called door dash to find out what happened, the gentleman who answered said he cannot assist me because I don’t have an account with door dash and then he hung up on me. I paid a delivery fee, which from my understanding goes to your company.
I did not receive my delivery and nobody can tell me what happened to it. At this point, I would like a refund.
