My client offered to pay for lunch a few weeks ago. I deleted her card off the door dash account after that.

I als deleted by door dash app after that. A few days later I re installed the app in my phone. When I re installed the app it added old debit cards on my account that I had previously deleted. Some how they saved her information and charged her card for wine I ordered!

I called to let them know they charged the wrong card that it was not authorized. I let them know I had deleted her info and some how they still had it on my account. They refused to refund her card and charge mine instead.. the one I always use on my account..the one that should've been charged .

I'm most likely going to lose my job over this. My client will be disputing charges and pressing fraudulent charges on me & DoorDash. What a nightmare! They told me to just pay her back!

She doesn't want that she wants the charges off her card!!! And they refused to correct their mistake. It was a glitch in their app!

I would truly appreciate it they would do the right thing and make things right. Will save us all some unnecessary legal issues.
