DoorDash - No Customer Service
I tried to cancel my DoorDash account, call their supposed "Customer Service # (650) 681-**** which is a voice mail. I cannot cancel or delete my account.
Followed the Help instruction to cancel my account: You can cancel your DashPass subscription anytime using the DoorDash app or website. On iOS, log into your account and tap on the โManage DashPassโ banner. Then tap on โEnd Subscriptionโ, and confirm on the next page by tapping on โEnd Subscriptionโ. On Android and Web, log into your account and tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner. Tap on DashPass. Then tap on โEnd Subscriptionโ, and confirm on the next page by tapping on โEnd Subscriptionโ.
There is no "End Subscription" option.
I sent and email to their https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/contactsupport to tell them to cancel my account today 10/11/18.
DoorDash is a joke. Sorry I ever signed up.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Cancel my account.
