Ordered a couple of burgers, fries, and a salad from a burger place downtown. Placed a order at 10:11 was stated it should be here at 10:55 on a Monday morning.

Watched the real time statue stay at heading to restaurant for about 15 mins. I received a text a message saying that the driver was still heading to the restaurant and that it would be 11:10 to 11:15.I also was told to contact the dasher but no phone number to contact them. I call Door dash and was told that they would call me back with the status. Get a call back about 10 mins later stating that the dasher isn't answering the phone and I wait on the food.

That didn't fly with me I told him that I needed a new dasher and new food the reasoning being if this food is sitting here it will be cold and not fresh and my husband is diabetic so if i am ordering food I want the food that was specified. Long story short new dasher supposedly new food never got to see it with the new dasher because he didn't call this is specified on my Acct and gave the food to the wrong apt they even tried to get the food back and give it to use ummmm no I want my money plus tip nope not today I work to hard for my money to deal with crap.Get it together doordash.
