I Placed an order at 11.40am to get my food by 12.15pm. there was no movement on the app whether my food was ready or not.
If ready was it picked up or not. I messaged the driver for a status and there was no response. I get a call from a representative named Roxanne from DoorDash at 12.30pm saying they are canceling my order becasue the merchant was having trouble receiving my order. I only get a lunch break of 45 minutes and at this point its already 12.30 so i have only 30 minutes left.
I couldn't place a new order and have it delivered before 1pm.
i have no food for lunch and cant take another break to get any lunch.
Horrible service. Uber eats might be a better alternative even though they are a little more expensive.
