I've had ongoing issues with DoorDash as a driver. I've been dealing with three issues since June 3, and despite MULTIPLE calls and emails, and many promises to make things right, none have been resolved.

The biggest issue is that I have not yet been paid for deliveries made between May 1 and June 15! I did get paid for last week, but not for the previous 6!

I last spoke to someone on the phone on Wednesday, June 20. I just tried to contact them again at 855-973-1040 and 650-681-9470 and they both had the same robotic message advising the caller to go to the help section on the website, then ended the call.

So frustrating!

Has anyone had recent success with a different phone number?

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: I want to get paid for the work I did!.

DOORDASH Cons: Very poor customer service, Issues remain unresolved.

July 6, 2018 update. Nothing has been resolved. I just sent them ANOTHER email, as I was still unable to contact anyone by phone.
