On April 30th, I spent nearly an hour fighting with your support agents about items I was not given, even though I paid for them. I have what various automated systems apparently find to be too long a history with refunds, but I wouldn't have to get so many if dashers didn't frequently ignore instructions, grab the wrong order, and be mean to me about my address.

I was refused a refund or credits for something that cost literally less than three dollars after tax. It's not even about the items; it's about the principle and your company's horrific customer service. I was told someone would "get back to me within an hour." It has been twenty-four hours, and I haven't been contacted. The app will not let me reach back out to support, and when I called, an automated AI nonsense system answered.

I want my money back before I file a chargeback with my bank. I will dispute the charge, and I am on the verge of taking this company to court.

User's recommendation: Sue them.

Monetary Loss: $2.

DoorDash Cons: Lot.
