Tried to update my credit card info. Nowhere to access on the site.
Tried to "chat" and find out. No one replied for nearly several minutes. So....I made a mock order and when I got to payment, I just deleted my card info. I ended the chat.
Then I get a phone call from an Door Dash online chat person. As soon as they heard I resolved my own issue, they kept saying "Okay, Okay" when I tried to tell them the problem I was having. (I am notoriously super-nice to business folks.) I guess she didn't really care to know... It was weird.
Maybe she wasn't getting paid wages to do the "helping." Or, as my sister would say: Maybe she hates her job. Oh well.
