My order was canceled after the Dasher was at the restaurant. No explanation was given.
I was told I would be getting a refund, but I still don't have lunch. Absolutely ridiculous. I also tried their support email which has apparently been discontinued? This was my first and last time attempted to use this service.
All it did was delay my lunch (which I'll have to go elsewhere for) and take up ~40 worth of credit on my card.
I thought I'd give it a try seeing as how I hadn't used them before. Tried. Failed. Over it.
Also, I'm not seeing why I need to submit 100 words. Too many words. Brevity is the soul of wit. But I can continue.
I shall persevere, unlike Doordash who did not.
