I was wanting to order Chick-fil-A. My boyfriend is out of town with the car, getting delivery is my thing right now as I’m alone.
Well as I use Apple Pay to pay for my items, I get two notifications. One from DoorDash that said my order was declined and one from Apple Pay that said my payment was approved.
I had to GOOGLE the customer service number since they have no way to contact them on their website or app and I was met with a slightly condescending call center employee who said that Apple Pay has a lot of glitches and they sent me an email that said I will receive money back in 7-10 business days. What they need to do is fix their app.
