My husband and I placed on order on Valentine's Day, and 30 minutes after the food should have arrived, the driver called us to tell us that our order had not been at the restaurant (someone else had probably accidentally picked it up), and he told my husband that he needed to 'close out our order' so that he could make his next delivery. So my husband went online to request a refund since it was too late in the evening to place another order, and the order was showing in DoorDash' system as "delivered." We talked to two customer service reps last night and one this morning before the third rep finally offered to credit our account $20 in addition to the refund that we were owed for food that never arrived, but I'm still waiting for the refund to show up on our online credit card account.
