The DoorDash delivery person was not prioritizing this order. Completely unprofessional...I was trying to give him direction on where I was located.

Texted the individual my address, shared my location and sent a picture with the map circling where I was located. Distracted, the gentleman says he was at the location I was at and he says he was at the same location. I walked around the block multiple times looking for him asking where he was, what vehicle he was driving. He did not answer.

He kept saying he was at the location. I was asking questions and the individual hung up on me as I was trying to get clarity. The gentleman hung on me and apparently left with my order, because I did not receive my food.

First time DoorDash customer and this did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Please send my refund for order#113061****

User's recommendation: Delivery personnel should prioritize the customer.

Monetary Loss: $11.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DOORDASH Cons: I did not get my order.
