I ordered my meal and the driver named "Emmanuel W" drove all the way to my building then just blatantly never delivered it. Based on the map, he showed up and then immediately marked the order as "complete" and then STOLE the food. It has now been WELL over an hour since the expected delivery, yet it shows the order/delivery was still completed.
I now have no way of contacting the dasher "Emmanuel W" directly, so I'm now out of $50 and all of the food.
I called the Customer Service number and the woman was UNBELIEVABLY unhelpful. She claimed she couldn't reach the dasher and wouldn't provide any kind of solution to either my financial loss or the lack of food.
This kind of incredibly rude and unprofessional service is one that should deter ANYONE from returning to this service ever again.
Doordash just lost an entire family of 7 as customers.
