I placed an order through Chipotle at 12:03 and the estimated time of arrival was 12:22PM. My Driver, Donna B, did not arrive at chipotle until after 12:30PM and did not make it to the delivery destination until 12:57pm. My food was cold and had to be reheated.

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $12.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

That's not the drivers fault. DoorDash sends order notifications to the closest driver to the restaurant.

If that driver doesn't accept the order it keeps getting passed around until someone accepts the order. If your driver was far away from Chipotle it may take 15 min or more for them to get there, and then drive to your house. Don't blame the driver they have nothing to do with it.

It's just Chipotle nothing too serious. Maybe drive to Chipotle and pick it up yourself next time.
