I ordered a meal from China Wall on Sunday, November 4 at 6:40 PM.

I was informed that the order needed to be confirmed by the restaurant.

The order was to be delivered within 35 to 45 minutes.

The app informed me that the Dasher was on the way to pick up the order at 7:00 PM. By 7:15 PM the App tells me that the Dasher was waiting for my order. This remained the case until 8:30. Then, the App tells the order is on the way. The minutes to delivery would count down and reload, countdown and reload four different times.

The order arrived at 8:45.

I received no notifications or calls as to why the order was so hugely delayed. I am amazed at how inept your service has become.

At the very least, for an order that is running late by at least twice the expected time, that you would contact me. You did not. I am very disappointed and so untrusting of this servive that I WILL NOT USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $42.
