I paid for food that I did not receive and I also did not receive my food for over an hour from the time in which I placed my order. I have proof in text messages between me and my assigned dasher the whole time to prove that my issue is real and the time it took my dasher to get my food from the restaurant to bring to me and I want my money to be refunded for my situation that you at DoorDash are denying me having!!! My food was supposed to only take 38 mins to arrive at my door not an hour like I have just shown you proof of so tell me now how I am not eligible for compensation for my missing food I’ve paid for or the long wait time that resulted in cold food
