i ordered lunch to be delivered to my job for myself and several coworkers...my order was incorrect-i ordered 10 wings and paid the extra money to have all flat pieces (which is a choice offered on their doordash menu). i received 7 drums and only 3 flats!
whats the point of offering something for an extra fee, taking the money and then not delivering??? is there not a way for the delivery drivers to make sure the orders are correct before leaving the establishment???? i realize doordash is just a delivery service but if you guys keep having to credit consumers for the vendor mistakes then that takes away from your bank account! you cant be happy about that...im adding this link onto the doordash website so that they can see it and hopefully speak with wingstop!
im also going to fill one of these out for wingstop, because doordash isnt really the problem-its the vendor not reading the order they receive and just sending out the door whatever they wish! hopefully doordash can allow drivers to make sure the order is correct before they drop it off moving forward
