Ordered from door dash April 5th 2019. Salads not with large order.

Went through website that I ordered meals from to register issue and driver did as well. Asked for credit -on credit card but never came. When I called door dash the next month they said I had asked for credit on my door dash account not credit card and refused to put the credit back on my corporate card. Called and got service person 1 who said it was too late to get the credit- (I explained I didn't even know I was setting up a credit account with them) and he said he would think about it- emailed me and said he would not credit my account.

Called back and got service person 2 who listened and said she would issue credit on credit card.

Still waiting. I have credit on my door dash account but I would never ever use them again so what does that give me?

Totally disgusted- no customer service!

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DOORDASH Pros: That my food arrived on time.

DOORDASH Cons: Poor customer service when there is a problem-.
