we ordered food and it took over an hour to receive any kind of confirmation. an hour later we finally got a notification our door dasher was on the way to pick up our food -40 minutes after our order was supposed to be delivered.

we then got a text from the dasher saying our food had been picked up and was unavailable. we called customer service explaining this and all that was done was a credit to the credit card and no additional service recovery was offered. it is a holiday weekend and a group of us depended on our dasher to deliver food as we are all working extended hours.

not only did this cause us to miss our lunch but we now have to spend additional time leaving to get food. we want compensation for the time spent at work missing breaks and resolving this issue.
