We were online now. We are getting the text messages saying we have an order, then it not showing up in the app. Then are approve percentage goes down because we didn’t except it but we couldn’t.

I had same issue. And now within a week im deactivated despite my numsrous contacts with DD support about the issue.

Deactivation was without any prior notification. I responded to their deactivation email telling them once again that the rating drop was a result of their app amd asked to be reactivated and got a response that basically said sorry for you.
