I like the big variety of restaurants they offer, but that is where the liking ends. It's going on two weeks that I got a delivery of pizza that was not eatable because all the toppings slid off the pizza during the delivery process.
I've contacted them about this, but at first I got no response. Then I got a short response, which I replied to with the details they wanted. It's been a week with no response. I guess they don't want to refund the money they now owe me.
I tried out their DoorDash Pass, which gives free delivery if you order over a certain amount.
I chose to close out the Pass.
The app said I had. But, DoorDash is still trying to charge my credit card for another month of the Pass.
So, they are only out to make and take money, not provide service.
