Order from Boston Market in Amherst, NY. Door Dash signed and picked up the food..

They said it was no one home when there was (plus dogs who bark when ppl come on the porch).. Neither company was trying to refund my $ for the order when driver failed to deliver the food or return it to the Boston Market. Both companies passed blame and a ton of calls were made to both companies including Corporate.. Door Dash stated that they have a policy with the Vendors that if the food is not delivered they can keep it on the customer dime or give it to charity?!?

This is a shame that they have drivers that steal customers food when we are entrusting them to feed our families.

Instead of providing a service as paid for, they’re ripping us off and passing blame.. I WILL NEVER USE DOOR DASH OR DINE AT ANYONE OF THE COMPANIES THAT USES THEM‼
