DoorDash declined my card 10 times last night (it was a valid debit card) and I now have over $650 out of my account that has not gone back in as of today. I was told to "calm down" on the phone and that this is normal....
How can mis-charging someone be normal?? I've also had to call over 5 times to get even someone who cares about my situation and wants to escalate it.
I was also never offered any sort of credits or anything for my inconvenience. Unless I am offered some form of credit, I will NEVER order from Door Dash again and will encourage my social media network never to as well!
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $700.
Preferred solution: CREDIT.
