Was on hold waiting to be connected to the next available representative for 30 minutes before the call disconnected and then when I tried to call back the number wouldn’t dial anymore a few times then it said the number is not in service. I had to drive to the restaurant myself an hour after the food was ordered and pick it up cold and pay for it again myself.
After returning home I opened the app to take a screen shot of the order luckily I did it quick enough because it said order cancelled and then disappeared from my previous orders, so I checked my bank account to see if the money was back and I was actually charged a second time for the order instead. I want my money refunded I was charged twice by door dash for the food, delivery, and tax to my credit card.

DoorDash Cons: Food never came and they charged me anyway, Not reliable, Hated it and will never use again.
