DoorDash - Payment not paid
A fraud customer ordered food from our restaurant through Doordash and we never informed that they customer reported the entire order (70 items) missing. When we looked into the payment report, it showed entire payment will not be paid.
After contacting customer service several times, they still have the same answer that they are still looking into it. It seems that customer service which is outsourced is not connected with the company at all. They have no knowledge of things and they all have the same answer.
There is no contact for any other department that can help. It's very frustrating when the product has been picked up by dasher and delivered but they have no idea what happened to all the 70 items!
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $900.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
