I have been using DoorDash for several years now and have spent thousands of dollars with you. It has been over 2 hours of waiting and I have tried to call my Dasher and they refuse to respond.
They keep driving farther and farther away from my location and I have tried to reach out to customer service with DoorDash. Their messaging service has been disabled. I have waited 20 minutes on the Customer Service line to only have it hang up on me. If this is the way you treat your customers tonight will be my last order with DoorDash and I am going to go with GrubHub, UberEats, or basically any service other than DoorDash.....
at least they have customer service that will hear me out. I will be sure to find any platform to trash DoorDash and I cannot believe this is the way that you treat your customers in a time when we solely rely on service like yours during COVID-19.

User's recommendation: NEVER USE DOORDASH AGAIN. They have no plans to ever compensate you for poor service.

Preferred solution: Apology, some time of financial refund, some assurance that I will never be treated like this again. Customer service.... Seriously look in a mirror DoorDash. Or contact GrubHub and see how they treat their customers..
