We have a few calls recently from door dash staff for order to be delivered. On every occasion we have had major problem understanding them, due to their poor English skills and ability to communicate, which have led to ordering the wrong food items. Placing the wrong order will Eventually cause a delay in the delivery not to mention the fact that we end up disposing of the order that was originally prepared for the delivery. Keep in mind as well that we end up paying for the wasted food. It would be certainly appreciated if you address this situation the proper department and find a permanent solution for it, otherwise I will instruct my staff not to accept orders from door dash anymore.
