New Reviewer

My order was 40 minutes late. I waited at the end of my driveway for 15 minutes.

When the driver entered the neighborhood she stopped at 5 houses before she found me. I asked her if there was an issue and she stated that I should have looked at the app and it said she had other delivery's before me. She loudly stated that I was stupid if I could not find the app. As I took the order from her car, I noticed her car was disgusting.

I threw away my order. I have ordered from Door Dash before and have had nothing but good service.

I will no longer be using this company any longer and will not recommend them to anyone.

I called customer service and all they want to do is give me a $10 Door Dash credit that I will never use.

I will now resort to social media.

User's recommendation: Poor Customer Service from Corporate.

Monetary Loss: $33.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
