Placed order, Order was cancelled. Given credit.
I want a refund. Went to find phone number to contact support, NOT FOUND ANYWHERE on SITE. Had to come here. Contacted support, was told I would have to way 5-7 Business days for Refund.
.....If I place an order and the order system withdraws funds instantly, then the refund should be instant. Being forced to take a credit is unacceptable, the system needs to ask how to handle this situation. Let the customer decide. Hiding your phone number is also unacceptable.
There must be a simple and easy way to contact support instead of using your form.
I have ordered 8 times with door dash, and each time it has been a horrible situation. I am done with them.
