Two different times Doordash summitted ( so they say ) refunds for foods I never received due to the restaurant closed, and an item removed from my order. Those credits to my Bank Account NEVER appeared!
I guess they assume people will just forget all about it because one tends to get busy during the day. I checked my Bank Account daily since this happened and no credit yet. This was weeks ago that this happened. Other wise I have been very happy and pleased with the service I get.
Plus the people who deliver the food are very friendly and nice. No complaints about that at all.

Monetary Loss: $36.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DoorDash Pros: Service.
DoorDash Cons: Refund policy is bad.
