So I order my food from chicken Express using DoorDash establishments and I ordered my food around 9:38a.m.to be exact they were late with my order I didnt get it till 5min till 12p.m. So that cause me to miss my break so on my second break I sat down to eat and my honey mustard was missing and there was a roach inside my food so I call the customer service line and spoke with a man named jhon he was saying in order for me to get my full refund they would have to review the food and I dont understand how they do me like that anyone like that why would I lie about a bug being in my food that was in a sealed bag so I want to know what the next step cause if I dont get my refund someone is about to receive a law suit thats jus unacceptable and I will not stand for it.
