This delivery service is the nightmare of delivery services. They don't have a published customer service phone number.

I placed an order with them for a local restaurant and thought that for $3 the delivery was a great idea. Seeing that this was an outside delivery service disturbed me from the beginning as I had a horrible experience with GrubHub. I still ordered lunch for my co-workers and I and waited. It led me to a status page much like the domino's pizza tracker.

It showed when the order was being processed, prepared, out for delivery, etc. The app was stuck on "processing". I had received confirmation emails and everything. The app showed that I was scheduled for delivery at midnight and it's about 2pm.

I couldn't change the time and I had already paid. I called the restaurant just to see if they had received my order. They did not of course. I sought the customer service number for this company only to find that it is almost non-existent.

When I used their "support chat" feature on their website, a representative took like 20 minutes to respond to my chat. Immediately upon getting back with me the representative told me that they would give me a phone call. They did immediately. She then notified me that the restaurant doesn't accept deliveries during the day.

Don't you think that is something that the person at the restaurant would have told me while I was inquiring about an order I recently placed? Why would you allow someone to order food from a restaurant 8+ hours in advance? Why doesn't this company have a phone number? We'll all never know.

By the way for anyone who needs it, when the representative called she called from 650-681-****. Since there's no number posted there it is.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $52.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Terrible!! Waited over two hours and no delivery.

The restaurant said they had the pick up.

Food never came. Reporting this company.

I have used the service over 20 times, and have not once had a good experience...it is truly the worst company, worst service, zero customer help or support, food will arrive cold every single time...

Drivers that are rude, cannot find your place, and don't have any support from them either...

Prices are literally double what you would pay, many fees, and with all the hidden fees you will pay about 10-20 dollars just to have that cold food delivered an hour late by a rude driver...what a slap to a persons face...surprised they are still in business

ordered a few orders with them till last one.

Buffalo wild wings and one item was burger with special instruction: Med-rare.

Got the burger worse than well done, rubbery. I refused to eat it.

email wanted to credit me one(1.00) dollar.

Deleted app and now got a call from this number (a week or more after the incident).

Go figure.

Unforfunately, UberEats not covering my area yet and PostMates messed me up too. oh well, Uber to go eat there instead of delivery for now.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Most of the time you won't get your food and customer service is terrible.

Also they charges your credit card dbl or more.

Or will charge it and doordash will cancel your order with no explanation. Do not order from this scamming place.
