Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

This is an ongoing situation this business is horrible you don't contact nobody nobody knows nothing everybody says everything is in headquarters headquarters don't have no phone number headquarters don't have no email so then you guys have people sick and they wait on that money and then give him a time 24 to 48 hours they call you back if not there another 48 hours or maybe Tuesday Wednesday this business is the worst business that I've ever work with you in my life you guys are not business materials you guys don't have contact nothing horrible I want my money I'm going to take this situation a little bit seriously in a little bit more farther than this because it's not just not about $1,000 if it's mine you got people just been waiting on their money for weeks and time and time and time and you guys said he's telling everybody the same thing over and over and over again this ain't going to work this ain't going to be end of it and this is not going to be the last message you guys send for me because if I have to take this further for his legal legal actions that's what I will have to do

Doordash - Never use again

I ordered food at 7:00p it was set to be delivered by 7:50p. 8:20p still no food the link for status update doesn’t work. Called the food company and they said the driver arrived more than 45 mins ago and they gave them the food. Food company was nice enough to make the order to which I had to go pick up. I will never use this company again their workers are thieves. This happened 10/20/2018

Doordash - Food was late and had a rude dasher

My food was 34 minutes late. On top of that had a dasher leave me a rude voicemail cussing. Never have had a problem with doordash until tonight.

Doordash - Horrible experience

Originally it said the delivery would be 50 minutes and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes and all the food was cold and inedible. The driver went the complete wrong way to get to our house and I wish I hadn’t given her a tip. So for $72 we were able to eat 2 pieces of cheesecake. Horrible experience and we will not be using door dash again!!

Doordash - Horrible experience

We were originally told the delivery time would be 50 minutes it ended up taking one hour and 45 minutes and all of our food arrived cold and inedible. The dasher went the completely wrong way to get to our house so I’m sure that didn’t help. If I could take the tip back I would. We will never use door dash again.
