This is an ongoing situation this business is horrible you don't contact nobody nobody knows nothing everybody says everything is in headquarters headquarters don't have no phone number headquarters don't have no email so then you guys have people sick and they wait on that money and then give him a time 24 to 48 hours they call you back if not there another 48 hours or maybe Tuesday Wednesday this business is the worst business that I've ever work with you in my life you guys are not business materials you guys don't have contact nothing horrible I want my money I'm going to take this situation a little bit seriously in a little bit more farther than this because it's not just not about $1,000 if it's mine you got people just been waiting on their money for weeks and time and time and time and you guys said he's telling everybody the same thing over and over and over again this ain't going to work this ain't going to be end of it and this is not going to be the last message you guys send for me because if I have to take this further for his legal legal actions that's what I will have to do
DoorDash - Didnt receive bonus pay
I accepted 4 deliveries before 8p November 15, 2018. However i didnt receive my bonus of $4.50 . I accepted 75% of my orders as well.

Waited for over an hour before my order was even placed and o tried to cancel my order and doordash wouldnt allow me to cancel!!!!! Couldnt get ahold of an customer service rep. What kind of *** company are you.
DoorDash - Confirmed order with no driver
This was my FIRST time using the app. And now my LAST. Food never came even after I got a text with a "confirmed delivery time". After waiting 2 hours i finally get in contact to find out they never assigned a person to my order apparently, and were never going to tell me either. This is bs ill be downloading my grubhub app again

Never had a problem with Doordash until today waited 3hrs for my food and never got to my door call customer service guy that answer barely spoke english this is really bad and sucks

I will not be ordering from door dash anymore the food takes 1 hr always late most of the time they forget the food and it’s always cold I will tell all my friends not to order very disappointed
DoorDash - Bad customer service
I called to complain about them trying to send me 30 min away after I only had 15 min left they kept sending the same orders from another state an the roads were horrible and traffic was horrible so that pointed against me so I didn't get the bonus and I don't feel that is right at all because I took every order prior to that which the first order was 20 min away

The store that was selected for my DoorDash order says they do not do door – show my order is not in process and I need a refund
