YOUR DRIVER DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER CORRECTLY

I was robbed by DoorDash today. I placed an order with Cheesecake Factory, it was confirmed that your driver picked it up, but your driver did not deliver my order to me.

I even left instructions for him to give it to me personally, but he never did. I requested a refund, but I was told I did not qualify for a refund, which is not right. I did not receive my order, that you DoorDash were supposed to deliver, and now you refuse to compensate me for it, not acceptable. I have filed complaints and will continue until I receive my money back.

If you pay for a service, but that service is not performed as expected, due to your employees' negligence you DoorDash as their employer is supposed to fix that. What happened to the customer is always right.

I will never ever use DoorDash again. You have stolen from me for the last time.

Cannot Delete Account - FRAUD?

Unbelievable!!! After many, many bad experiences with Doordash, I finally gave up on them.

I went onto my account to delete it and found out that there is no way to do so. I believe that this practice of not allowing a customer to delete their account borders on fraud. I am thinking of calling a lawyer to see if a class action suit could be waged to put this company out of business. I am sure they could collect enough complainants to build a strong case.

I deleted my payment information and what little else I could, but I cannot delete the address on the account. What the *** is that about?

Doordash is awful. Their drivers are the worst.

I had more than a few drivers take my order and leave it at a location other than the one I specified. What you have to do is complain to Doordash corporate. Demand that you receive a full refund on all horrible experiences with their unprofessional drivers. If they don't do a full refund contact your attorney general in your state.

This will force Doordash to do two things: One, they will hire better help and punish horrible drivers that can't follow instructions by kicking them off the app. Or two, keep sending in complaints to your attorney general when they mess up and don't do a full refund.

Eventually the AG will move against them. Its either shape up or ship out Doordash.

They will not allow anyone to delete their information. Watch your account for bogus charges from Doordash.

You will not be refunded money no matter if you ordered food or not. Take them to court or press charges, contact your attorney general

I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card for 68.87. I don’t use this service cause I live in a rural area.

Who wants cold food. Yuck!! I contact Dumpass dash and they can only credit the card that was used. Aahhh that card is canceled what the *** So I am going to publish every chance I get what a terrible place or business they are.

Makes no sense.

DoorDash is nothing but a scam of a business. They are thieves.

I ordered food from a restaurant.

The instructions are very clear. Call or message me when you arrive and I will meet you downstairs in the lobby of the hotel where I live. I order from them everyday and never have I had a single issue with this process. Yesterday afternoon, I ordered food.

I didnt receive a single call or text telling me that food arrived. After a while I go and check and it says food was delivered 20 minutes earlier. I call the driver like 10 times and message her to no avail. I then file a refund request on the basis that my order didnt arrive.

Within seconds, my request is denied. I call customer service demanding an explanation. They dont even ask for the facts. Instead, they lie and tell me that my matter is being escalated and they will get back to me in an hour.

Nothing but lies.

Later that day I stroll down to the lobby and out of curiosity I ask the front desk if anyone brought food for my room. They then tell me that someone from a food delivery service earlier that day walked into the hotel and tossed food on the ground and left without giving any information about what room Im in and the order had no receipt or indication of what room it was for so they could call me.

I will NEVER order from DoorDash again. My company also orders food worth hundreds of dollars each day. NO MORE.

These people are crooks. Thieves. Plain and simple. Take your business elsewhere.

There are plenty of food delivery services. Its a completely saturated business, which explains why they steal peoples money. The only difference is other businesses have better customer service resolution.

Disgusting people. Filth of society.

I will be reporting you to the better business bureau the NJ DOT and health department and filing a lawsuit against your company and I won't stop til your closed down poor customer Service support I placed my order at 1159pm and waited til 130am just to never receive my order and door dash customer service was of no help or had any compassion for my situation and acted as if my hard earned money was just nothing to them and no interest in helping me with my situation and had the nerve to say I have to wait another hour for a email because I filed a complaint and that's what I am supposed to do when I pay for something I didn't receive and have proof of the Dasher lying about dropping my order off but never took a picture of my order in front of my door neither did the Corrine lady that was the assigned Dasher do her own job she has her their as a daughter doing her runs and had the nerve to drive to my apts just to steal my food so they could scam door dash and me out of my money food and their payment for quote on quote delivering food they never had the intentions of delivering and im pissed and i will promise you i will do whatever it takes to take door dash down and out of business

I recently used the Panera app to order a meal for delivery to my workplace, providing detailed instructions to ensure a smooth delivery process. Unfortunately, the delivery did not go as planned due to a communication barrier and deviation from the provided instructions.

Upon the time for delivery, I received a call from the driver, who communicated in Spanish and mentioned not speaking English.

Despite our language differences, I attempted to guide him, but we were unable to resolve the communication challenge during the call.

As a result, the driver left my order at an incorrect location within my workplace.

Consequently, I spent an additional 30 minutes locating my order, which detracted from the convenience expected from a delivery service. This experience highlights a need for enhancing the delivery process, including ensuring that drivers have the necessary tools to overcome language barriers and adhere closely to customers' delivery instructions.

I hope this feedback encourages Panera to consider measures for improving communication between drivers and customers, ensuring that delivery instructions are followed accurately for a seamless service experience.

Flying Fish (Missing quantity)

Hello! On February/17/24, I scheduled for Doordash order to be delivered the next day from Flying Fish on 2/18/24 at 1:20 PM.

Unfortunately, my order only had two fish tacos. In the description for each one, including the Cashfish and Tilapia Tacos, it was supposed to be three tacos each, which is 6 tacos in all. I contacted Doordash Support within the mobile app and they claim that they can only refund me $4.94 maximum. For the inconvenience this has caused, I deserve to be compensated $7.90 in all since the two was $3.95 each.

It was paid for with visa card ending in 6893. The total of purchase was $20.95.

In Memphis, Tennessee. May you help resolve this issue?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the attorney general and filed a complaint. Of course they then quickly refunded me.

So Ive been trying to get a refund from DoorDash since Friday. Ive called every time and they said its escalating to a specialist.

I have never heard back from them. They have not called me back. They have not sent an email I called today and the girl gave me the same spiel were sending it to a specialist and I said so youre reading from a card right and she says no and I said OK then answer me this How come I havent received an email or an update there was a brief pause and then she hung up. This has yet to get resolved.

I have a chat between M.E. and their driver, where he admitted he did not give me my food, but gave it to some random person on the street who he said said they were me, but that wasnt my instructions he admitted to not following my instructions, and he admitted he was in the wrong, and yet they still wont give me my money .

As I said, I use them because I need to not because I want to because I dont drive. I rely on the products that I order and the dinners that I order and I just for the third time in a row Ive received my groceries or received dinner and its the wrong thing and you cant call and you cant complain and so you just have to eat the money!

I mean you have to get rid of it, even though you pay for it and its not what you ordered and its clearly Wrong but absolutely no ownership with DoorDash and thats wrong. That is wrong. I am a constant user DoorDash but Im not going to be anymore because Im tired of arguing with them. Im tired of them not answering the phones.

Im tired of having to go through puzzles and what not just file a complaint because they have to accept the complaints because they always ask you to write and I read it all the time and I give everybody five star because they ask you to read it before they even deliver it. Its just messed up, its not good and it should be corrected by someone for people who absolutely need a service because theyre the only ones around and hopefully they wont be around long because they just dont pay attention

Terrible customer service. I ordered breakfast from Tim Hortons and the lid from the coffee came off during delivery and partially emptied the coffee on my sandwiches and soaked them. Made them inedible. I called customer service and they kept placing me on hold (about 8 times) and eventually said they could only give me a $5 credit. My entire breakfast was ruined and inedible yet that was all they would do. Terrible customer service! I have cancelled my Dashpass and will eventually close my account but I am NEVER going to use them again. UberEats will be my goto service from now on.

Ordered $50 worth of food for husbands birthday meal (I'm a long time customer and even dash part time on the side). Dasher never delivered it.Support not helpful and says it can take 24 hours to review and decide what they will do. Keep trying to speak to them and they tell me nothing can be done, cannot speak to anyone about it. Called another number the agent says system not letting me process it thanks for calling door dash and hung up. I'm beyond pissed at this point

So I ordered over 30$ worth of food to be delivered to an address of a home that I was working in the door was open the house is at the end of a street on a cul-de-sac with no neighbors. The screen door was partially if not completely closed i cabt be sure ion that cuz it didnt always latch but one of us was working in the hallway.

The other one is working in the bedroom we had the music on and I get a notification that the food had been delivered. It takes me sport 4 minutes cuz I was up on a ladder to get down and go out to find no food there! theres absolutely nobody even around that coulda taken the food I went over any and all possibilities and there was absolutely no way ! so I referred back to the app that showed me a picture of the food at the door with the door closed which is very bizarre, cuz when I went to get it the door was open as it was while we were waiting however there was no food there.

Since there was absolutely nobody whatsoever around the only logical thing that could have happened is it had to be the driver, he sat ithe bag there took a picture and then took the food with them and left I have close family that delivers for them for extra $ and they said thats very possible and probably not uncommon amongst dishonest drivers but I immediately tried reaching the driver no answer, so I referred back to app and put in for a refund and clarified that I dibt want a refund just redelivery but this time hand it to me , we were hungry and on a tine crunch tense why we used the service to begin with! Within a matter of seconds it was declined I was flabbergasted so then I got on the phone asked for a supervisor and they said that they would escalate it and I would hear back within 24 hours but for now we were just S.O.L wow! Then very soon after I got another email saying it was declined so im livid at this point hungry and felt robbed so I contact them again. And insist i need to talk to supervisor again someone will contact you not send email so I finally get a call from a human that reassured me not to worry they would take care of me just watch my email for my refund and copy of my resolution I thought it was all good but that never happened nor did I get any email with any resolution or callback so I call back and created a stink again.

Have to wait for callvavk 24 hrs againFinally get a call back from a lady that informs me they would refund my money however it had been too many days since the delivery are you freaking kidding me? Ive been calling nonstop since minutes after it happened and they make me wait days to speak to soneobe and then tell me its too many days tge systen wont process it now ?!?! Furthermore since the very first refund denial was only seconds after I submitted it that tells me They wouldnt even investigate. Im sure this driver has prior fraudulent activity.

I know Im not the first time hes done it because hes very very comfortable to pull the door shut so it showed the address, taking a picture, then pushing the door back open and taking the food theres just no way this is the first time this is happened, so why is it at the customers expense? They should have looked into the drivers history and seen that this is probably not the first time hes had delivery issues possibly reprimand /fire the driver and gave me back my food I didnt even want money at no point all I ever asked for was the food , I absolutely will not ever use. DoorDash and I think their customer service is a joke. Im sure this has happened to others as well How can they just keep peoples money like that when they hire these people, they should stand behind them.

Now my money is just gone and they would not even look into it.
