Issue with canceling service

it appears that a subscription was set up using my card and i believe it was done by your service reps when i attempted to cancel it your stupid people tell me that the cc does not match even though all the information was given for an american based company it would help if your reps spoke english not some broken up indian *** that you have to ask them to keep repeating i will make damn sure that my friends and family not you your company but order direct from the restaurant which is cheaper and will not get charged for monthly fees and ect YOU *** SUCK ***

Group Orders

Doordash needs to stop grouping orders that are no where near each other! I had my food picked up in 10 minutes and the dasher drove around and passed my location twice, because they were delivering other orders. Food is not something to play with or about. Actually tampering with or engaging in food safety is a federal crime!! STOP THE GROUP ORDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have not been paid!!!!

Have registered with doordash and have stirred with door - and have dashed 2 weeks prior. This week my earnings have not been deposited into my bank account and when I call customer service I'm prompted to push 2 to resolve my issue the automated operator States that a selection has not been made and hangs up on me have tried 4 times. Frustrating when you can't get hold of a person to talk to.

Frequent missing food, wrong order, or never delivered

Been told I reach max refund/credit allowed, but how is it my fault if I never get my food or get the wrong order? Will not order through doordash again

Canceled order

some lady told me to call the Chilis customer service and they didnt even answer .. talking bout they closed .. now Im out of like $23.. I dont see why the door dash couldnt just refund me my money cause thats where I got it from but its whatever im finna cause so much *** over my money .. cause they playing with me .

Customer service

So anytime there has been a issue every time there like okay hold on wait a second we applied a credit to account already without you asking everytime then when you like totally don't get what you paid for they say nope you exceed the credits for the year now I paid 20$ for a hand full of chips missing half my order and all the other items I paid extra for wtf really that's not even including the tip they are a *** joke

Worst company ever

Ordered a simple pizza and it never got delivered. After having to go pick up our pizza, 2 hours later door dash calls, completely clueless. Asking if I ordered a pizza. After contacting customer service to see about getting a refund on the "delivery fee" and being transferred to 5 different ppl, being on hold for over 30 min, i gave up. Got charged 21.99 for a 12.00 pizza. Worst service ever. I plan on letting everyone know about this.

Worst service

Failed to deliver a simple pizza. 2 hours after placing order, and after having to pick it up ourselves. Door dash calls asking if we ordered a pizza. Was charged 21.99 for a 12.00 pizza. For all their " delivery" fees. And they refuse to refund the delivery fee. After being in hold for 30 min and getting transferred to 4 different reps. I gave up. I will never give service to this company again and plan on spreading the word on this issue.

Missing order/never received

Place order today at 11:53am, never received my order, they took a picture of the food. Drop it off at wrong address, because that isnt the address that I type. Try calling every customer service number no availability

User's recommendation: Don't order anything with Door Dash!!! Because they would either not deliver your items & simply can’t read directions. Ordered your items from another delivery company, because Door Dash is a JOKE.

Bad experience

Never received order. After 2 hours someone called - I asked order be canceled. It had been sitting out at restaurant for 2 hrs. No pickup. CANCELED order. EXPECT REFUND.
