Details
It would have been faster to drive the 2 blocks there myself. Here it is, an hour later, and the driver is finally rolling up to the restaurant. AFTER driving the opposite way after accepting the order an hour ago. Now I get to watch the app to see if this bozo drives away from my house after pick up like the last dasher did. Don't waste your time with DoorDash unless you enjoy COLD FOOD.

Do not cancel Door Dash orders since they will keep most of your money | DOORDASH review

Details
I realized that I made a mistake with an order I placed on Door Dash after it was submitted and I immediately canceled the order. I found out afterwards that Door Dash will only give you a partial credit/refund for canceled orders. I paid Door Dash $18.07 they only credited $7.09 of that money. If I had known they would pull this stunt I would not have canceled the order. After I use this credit I will no longer use the Door Dash food delivery platform.

Details
Could not answer my phone. Got a text and the wrong address was entered accidentally, Tried to call back but no answer. I got a text later that stated the driver was told to leave my order in a mall parking lot! Wow. if the order had been taken back to the restaurant, I could have picked it up and received my food. But now IChilis have to reenter the order and pay again. I will never, ever use this service again.

This was the third time that i ordered, get charged and then the order is cancelled, why do you have restaurants available for ordering that are closed? It took 30 mins from the rime that ordered for you guys to realized that the restaurant was closed. This is extremely pathetic.

The person i spoke with, michael i think, did not understand me and he was also not making any sense. I understand there may have been a language barrier but he did not answer my questions and fid not provide any assistance with how to fix the issue of someone not showing up for the orientation i scheduled, can i do this online or do i need to pick something up. Im a retired delivery driver. I work for Doordash to help me earn a little extra to help me play for my stage 4 bone cancer at Rosewell Cancer Center. They deactivated my account, without telling me why....I know I did everything right by their by laws...Its like I don't have a say . I Don't understand, no explanation, just that I broke some kind of rule.
