DoorDash - Door Service Would be Great

Why the heck am I tipping when dashers can’t even deliver food to my door? I have specific instruction to buzz with the buzzer number and apartment number, but every time I use door dash the dasher calls me and says “I’m outside”. That’s great, come the eff inside, use the elevator and deliver the food. Thanks.

Joe P doordasher in San Diego did not deliver to my door

Joe P, the dasher, left the food one block away from my condo at the front desk. I've never had a delivery driver do this before, and I paid a fully tip. I wont' use DoorDash again.

DoorDash - My dasher is going 30 minutes away from me

My Dasher said they will be here in 4 minutes then proceeded to drive 30 minutes away from me almost out of town and still have not given me my food and i’m assuming when i get it my food will be cold and my milkshake will be melted considering I have been waiting for an hour.

DoorDash - Food delivered to wrong address

Details
I tried changing address but the dasher said it was outside their range and left the food at my apartment. I don’t get home for another 5 hours so the food will have gone bad by then. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to contact customer service through the app once the food is on its way or has been delivered.

Teach your representatives how to respond to a customer. Yes, it was resolved, but I felt that the representative was hesitant and portrayed a sense of disbelief. I also think refunds to the bank account in the future would be better than DoorDashcredit
