This is my 3rd time being hit with a Dashpass fee, and I did not even have Dashpass Subscription. Now, I am waiting, yet again to receive my refund. I mean, how hard can it be NOT to continue to charge people?!? I was even charged twice in the same month when I had a subscription, but canceled because these people can not get it right for nothing!

We never asked for the trial of the dash pass. We have now been charged 3 months at $9.99. Did not notice till this month when the charge caused a $35.00 overdraft fee. I feel since you cant do anything about the overdraft fee you should at least refund all the charges.

The driver did not deliver to 1228 Clarinbridge Pkwy instead she sent a text and said she delivered to T1407. We paid for this order and our food was given to someone else. A refund is needed immediately. I dont understand how she got T1407 and 1228 confused.

It's not about the dasher. He was wonderful. It's how doordash handled the situation when my order was wrong. I just wanted a plain sandwich and they just gave me a 3 dollar credit. Gee....thanks. My sandwich is 7 dollars.

Don't bother. | DOORDASH review

In the beginning your service was amazing. Now it's continuing to worsen with each order. Orders arriving hours late. Canceled orders not refunded. Poor quality food being delivered. I don't understand. My family was using your service multiple times weekly but not after tonight. You should not take someone's money if you cannot provide the service in a timely manner. Most Dashers cannot be contacted if there is a question or concern. With the inflated charges for food and delivery, I would think your customer service would be much better. Concerns on in progress orders can be sent but not addressed for 24 to 48 hours. What good is that on a current order. The amount of money I have spent using Doordash sickens me. Apparently customer service is Not a major concern in my area of service.

DoorDash delivered my food to the wrong house. The dasher didn't answer my calls, didn't answer the companys calls, and didn't even notify the people that my food had been delivered to that they had a delivery. The only reason I know what happened is the couple texted me from my information on the ticket saying that my food had been hanging on their front gate all night. The person that I called that night said I would get a full refund which has not happened. I called again to find out I needed to contact Chipotle and not DoorDash. Awful service and relay of information.
