I was on 4 different calls with customer support to get a refund for an undelivered meal. I had to explain my situation 4 different times and they were all denied with absolutely no explanation. They promised each time to get back to me within the hour, but never did. I escalated this matter to their "supervisor" (they sent me to another CS rep instead) who placed me on mute and waited for me to hang up. I waited for them to hang up first to leave a bad review. Incredibly horrible service with unexperienced CS reps.

I Use their service because I need to not because I want to, most often. Refunding is impossible when they get things wrong or you’re delivered poor food or the wrong food or bad food from the grocery

As I said, I use them because I need to not because I want to because I dont drive. I rely on the products that I order and the dinners that I order and I just for the third time in a row Ive received my groceries or received dinner and its the wrong thing and you cant call and you cant complain and so you just have to eat the money!

I mean you have to get rid of it, even though you pay for it and its not what you ordered and its clearly Wrong but absolutely no ownership with DoorDash and thats wrong. That is wrong. I am a constant user DoorDash but Im not going to be anymore because Im tired of arguing with them. Im tired of them not answering the phones.

Im tired of having to go through puzzles and what not just file a complaint because they have to accept the complaints because they always ask you to write and I read it all the time and I give everybody five star because they ask you to read it before they even deliver it. Its just messed up, its not good and it should be corrected by someone for people who absolutely need a service because theyre the only ones around and hopefully they wont be around long because they just dont pay attention

User's recommendation: Don’t use DoorDash use the restaurant or the grocery store because they’ll deliver. I just found that out so that’s my news.

I was charged for groceries that I did not received. I received half of the $ 300.00 order and I spoke to someone from Door Dash and she realized the the order from CVS was never picked up up at the store. She was very professional. Today I was charged for that order I never received.

Unauthorized Charge 9.99

They have several unauthorized charges at $9.99 on my bank ledger. I never signed up for a dash pass and they were charging me since April 2023. I called before and they told me that I would receive a total of $99.10 which would clear the past charges, however, I had to call back for them to credit me the final $40. Ive used them for food delivery only in the past.

Order was picked up from restaurant AFTER the end of the delivery window. Arrived at 12:29.

Order was acknowledged at 10:03am to be delivered between 11:50 and 12:10. Food was cold. My account does say to leave food at the door, but there is clearly a foyer at my building and food was left outside. A $5 Door Dash credit is not sufficient .

Not that this even matters, but the order was for a co-workers birthday, so that was the icing on the cake. (Food being cold is not the restaurants fault as I have ordered from here several times in the past and NEVER rec'd cold food. Clearly it had to do with the lack of timeliness of the delivery)

(For my response - I'm not sure what "account history" they are referring to other than the fact I order at least once a week from them. I never complain and always tip well...)

Flying Fish (Missing quantity)

Hello! On February/17/24, I scheduled for Doordash order to be delivered the next day from Flying Fish on 2/18/24 at 1:20 PM.

Unfortunately, my order only had two fish tacos. In the description for each one, including the Cashfish and Tilapia Tacos, it was supposed to be three tacos each, which is 6 tacos in all. I contacted Doordash Support within the mobile app and they claim that they can only refund me $4.94 maximum. For the inconvenience this has caused, I deserve to be compensated $7.90 in all since the two was $3.95 each.

It was paid for with visa card ending in 6893. The total of purchase was $20.95.

In Memphis, Tennessee. May you help resolve this issue?

My old phone broke screen broke and i can access my doordash info. I have a new email and phone number. The Update my dash account but they only need the last delivery i made but i dont remember and they told me they cant not help me bec they need the xact day of my last delivery. I send them twice my info like driver license,address,date of birth, SSN. But they dont want to help me bec the need the last delivery i made. So i need some one to help me with this issue..

On January 5th I ordered from Carolina ale I sat at gate on my break waiting for my food and the arrival time kept changing from 11 0 7 to 11/08/1109 to 11 11 11 sixteen, and 1117 I had come across my screen that my order had been canceled per my request. However, I did not request the refund.

And I had another agent looking into it. And she said that looking into it that the doordash driver had canceled my order because she could not find the address. The driver's name was Paula and I have a problem with this situation because she never even tried to call me or text even called Carolina ale and the order had definitely been picked up. I did not cancel my order.

In fact I ended up having to order from Taco Bell so I can have dinner that night. So please check for a little further into it. Because $30 there's a lot of money for me to throw away.

I don't Try to rip you all off.. I tried to be a loyal customer And I think it's really unfair for me to have to lose $30 when clearly if you look a little further into it.

I know you'll find the evidence you need to see that. She canceled the order and not me. Because another agent I expect you to know and I did find what kind of sense does it make for me to cancel my order when it's supposed to be arriving? I really wanted my steak.

And I think that the lady took my steak and ate it and kept it in my order. In fact I tried to put a complaint in.

I am very disappointed in this as I can't leave work to eat once I get here. I have to stay here for 12 hours. I rely on DoorDash to get my food to Me here at work.

If we can't strengthen out I will not be using board *** anymore. I'll go to Uber, eat or something else and I will also contact somebody out. I will keep contact and somebody until something happens because this is not Fair to me in Taco Bell was my dinner that night. And it was not very good and I didn't even complain about it.

Because I actually got my food and mov. Was my delivery driver and she was wonderful, very nice and pleasant. She didn't have any problems finding BMW parking loand several other drivers I've had have not never had the problem finding it. It's very simple instructions.

If they find follow their map that I know you'll provide for them on their app. I did not get from my order. I was looking forward to my steak and ended up having nasty *** Taco Bell. And now you want to tell me.

I can't have my money back for food. I never received and I nor did I cancel the order. I think you need to recheck my order and dig further into the thing. Because I did not cancel anything on an email.

You will not find an email for me. Saying I can't from my order whatsoever.

Ordered $50 worth of food for husbands birthday meal (I'm a long time customer and even dash part time on the side). Dasher never delivered it.Support not helpful and says it can take 24 hours to review and decide what they will do. Keep trying to speak to them and they tell me nothing can be done, cannot speak to anyone about it. Called another number the agent says system not letting me process it thanks for calling door dash and hung up. I'm beyond pissed at this point
