I am not an upset customer. I was just trying to contact customer service to be sure they knew the front desk at the hotel found the order. Also, I want to tip the 2nd dasher.

I feel bad because the hotel desk said they didn't have the order. Then it was found after I reported it not delivered.

Problem with an order

I ordered a sandwich with no veggies on it & my sandwich was made with veggies, one being tomatoes which Im allergic to so I couldnt eat the sandwich. I was refunded $2.13 from the app & requested a full refund for the sandwich. I was given $10 Door Dash credit

User's recommendation: If your order isn’t correct, contact Door Dash.
