The website never asks for an address. This is not noticed by a rushed consumer trying to get dinner.
They then complain they can't deliver, and won't give a refund.
They ask you to provide an address by a specific time, but before that time is up they send another email saying they won't deliver and are keeping your money. It doesn't matter if you respond by their deadline, which I did.
Their process seems designed to take your money without delivering anything.
A simple correction is to NOT FINISH THE ORDER UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR ADDRESS!! This apparently straightforward solution has apparently never been used in their years of existence.
