For the second time, i got a call informing me that what I ordered was not available. I made a second choice and once again was told that was not available.

I made a third, and notably, cheaper pasta choice which went through. I was still charged for the first order plus the various buttons to push for tip.

I chose 25%. Until door dash gets their wrinkles ironed out don't bother unless exact orders mean something.

That is because of their outsourced Order Placers and Support who do NOT care yet Doordash replaced their good dedicated US workers for them.
