We placed an order. It went through and my card was charged.
When I checked the status around the expected time of delivery, my order was cancelled.
I was never informed by either the restaurant or Doordash. I would still be waiting if they did not check myself. Now my wife and I have waited over an hour. We cant even order from someone else since most stores are now closed.
Don't use this terrible service.
There is no other way to contact them.
No online live chat service, no email. I only found the phone number after googling because it was not even on their website.
