I am an employee and called for a simple question. I was put on hold for a half hour then when the call was finally received, I could hear the call center background noise but was completely ignored. They make it extremely difficult for employees to reach them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

They put everything overseas and don't give a damn about their US workers at all. It has gone downhill ever since.

There is absolutely no contact for the AMERICAN workers at all!!This 50 word limit is ridiculous.
