Our driver got lost and when I called I was told she couldn’t speak English, so it was impossible to give her directions. There was no one who could help.

It was an expensive order, serving 6 people. Customer Servic was worthless. You can only contact them by text or email. The text links were dead ends and “error”.

I was hung up on twice. I finally got in the car and drove around and found the driver. The food was ice cold and it took over an hour to get it. We live 1.5 miles from the restaurant we ordered from.

I wanted to remove myself from their data base...impossible. I called and after an hour on hold, hung up. Never again. This is a terrible company.

They take money and don’t care about the consumer. Never again.
