I ordered food two hours ago and still no food. The driver said his phone died and forgot or didn’t know what food I asked to have with my meal.
What job that requires you to speak to a customer to ask and confirm question with a customer let’s your phone die when it has to do with a big part of their job. That is unexceptionable. This is my first time using door dash and this will definitely be my last. I shouldn’t even have to pay for this food when it gets here and I’m very sure that if it is cold when it gets here I will not be taking it and I will demand my money back.
Also when ordering money there need to be an area to apply more detail. Because then I won’t have to call and make sure their phone isn’t dead
