Hello,
I am beyond frustrated with the fact that you cannot refund or credit my account the $25.40 owed as this order was cancelled. You sent me an email saying the $25.40 was credited to a later order I placed from Rubios on October 23rd for $76.30, however this is false information because the $76.39 is still showing on the account. I am calling your corporate office today. This is SERIOUSLY BAD BUSINESS that you have still not resolved this issue over a month after the transaction!

Door Dash was great, but now their service is sloppy. No communication.
Maybe it depends on the driver? on 11/14/18, Food was to be delivered by 12:30 pm and it is 1:00 pm and still no food. I had to call Door Dash to find out the status of my order. They said it was on the way.
Food was finally delivered at 1:30 pm so I asked the driver what happened. He said the original driver did not want to wait on the ordered so he left the food. Yesterday, 11/13/18, my 2 orders were delivered and they use to put names on the orders and this time there were no names on the orders and it was a mess trying to feed people and they did not remember what they ordered. The driver was given the wrong address to my company and then the food was cold.
I am really getting tired of these excuses. Door Dash, you need to step up your game and hire drivers who care.
