To Whom it May Concern: I am writing regarding an order I place on October 30th in Maryland at our childrens Halloween Party. We placed an order (067) registered phone number was 443-442-**** for Little Ceasars (6313 York Rd 313,Baltimore,MD, 21212) through DoorDash.

We were given a time of between 8:11-8:17pm delivery. We tracked the order through the app and it did not show the driver remotely near our location or the Little Ceasars pick up location. We attempted to contact the driver and the number was not in service. At 8:55 we made the decision to place a second order for pick up this time to ensure we were able to get the kids at the party fed.

While at the Little Ceasars store we asked them to refund the other order and simultaneously received a call from family member that driver had pulled in. The Pizza was not in edible condition and the wings were cold as well by the time they were delivered. This was ordered as a contactless delivery. It is 11/3/20 and since 10/30/20 we have been trying to reach someone regarding this order and refund we feel is deserved.

We left 2 messages and have called and been repeatedly transferred. We asked Little Ceasars to process the refund, and they said it had to go through DoorDash.

We just spoke with a rep from DoorDash who said the opposite. This has been a terrible experience, and I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer support afterword.
