Our driver got lost and was literally driving around the surrounding area of our apartment complex for 15 minutes. I finally texted him and asked if he was lost.

He said yes. Never tried to call for directions. Nothing. I had my husband walk down the block to look for the guy.

The driver passed by him twice. As my husband was repeatedly waving his hands to flag him down. No luck. Third time around the guy stopped and we got our food.

Which was now ice cold. The garlic bread and pizza dough was hard. It was not edible. I contacted customer support for DoorDash and they advised that I “microwave it”.

I could pay 5 bucks for a frozen pizza if I wanted to do that. Not $40 for a cheese pizza.

Which included a $4.95 doordash fee and a 15% tip for the driver. Horrible experience
