Doordash after four phone calls and five emails has said again that they "accidentally deactivated" my account. They can't tell me why.
No one will call me back. I have used them 3-4 times a week for a few years. They have lost a very good customer. I will not try again.
I will rely on Ubereats instead. Their loss! Additionally I plan to contact all my local restaurants that currently use Doordash and ask them to consider using Ubereats or another service instead. Doordash's lack of customer service is mind boggling.
The last gentlemen I spoke with just told me no way would anyone call me back... I hope they go belly up!
