Ha ha ha, don't make me relive that night. The agent did refund my money, only after the agent and supervisor were busted live on a call with my girlfriend, calling her a *** They informed her that we had cancelled our order, when it was first cancelled by the driver, then we called the restaurant and cancelled there.

This was after the app showed the order had been cancelled.

I don't care if doordash gave me $100.00 in credit to order food from anywhere at any time, I will NEVER use doordash again. The customer service skills and ability to convey information, from the rep and manager, are totally lacking listening skills and empathy.

The agent stated that they were going to look into my issue, why the driver cancelled my order, the agent then hung up on me. Issue not resolved. Wtf Bullshit
